上次第一次做Mousse Cake是給媽媽做的母親節蛋糕
可能因為沒有好好掌握打mousse的技巧
做得不太好
在Leisure-Cat看到一個檸檬慕絲蛋糕的Recipe
見雪櫃有一個小檸檬
今次小試牛刀
做一個迷你版的Lemon Mousse Cake
成份有蛋，吃起來香很多
可惜用風筒脫模時吹得太利害
表面融了
不太平滑…
